Make an appointment

A curriculum of 7 sessions is proposed (for medium- and long-term results)

5 sessions spaced one week apart/ then two sessions over one month.

Afterwards , maintenance is recommended to keep the lymph flowing smoothly.

=> One or two sessions a month are required to maintain a lasting result, or when the need arises.

Over the course of my 30-year career, I have developed and refined my technique. Thanks in particular to my multidisciplinary training, I've been able to add a holistic, global view and approach to my technique, with lasting results.

Manual lymphatic drainage: the technique in practice

Nadine Librach ®

Drainage follows a specific, rigorous path. It’s a gentle, rhythmic manual technique. Whether for the face or the body, the protocol must be carried out in its entirety to obtain the desired result. From head to toe and from toe to head. The specific nature of this technique means that it can’t be compared to any other form of massage. It’s a precise form of work that respects a precise direction, with perfect gestures for draining liquids. Knowledge of the body, how it works, indications and contraindications. When working on ‘waxy’ and ‘compact’ adipose tissue, it’s possible to perform a light stirring prior to drainage, without any risk of provoking heat or tissue inflammation.

Explanation

The lymphatic system is the body’s depurative system par excellence: toxins, waste products and other cellular debris are evacuated by the lymph nodes, leading to a renewal of the lymph. Manual lymphatic drainage improves blood circulation and facilitates the elimination of toxins. It strengthens the immune system and provides a real sensation of lightness and relaxation. Its effects are both aesthetic and wellness-related.
